SHIPPING PRICE 

Montael ® ships worldwide, and has taken every consideration to reduce the cost of shipping, including absorbing some of this cost directly.

Australian Express Shipping Cost - FREE

International Express Shipping Cost - $19 AUD with Montael® absorbing some of this cost directly.

Montael ® reserves the right to change their shipping cost at any time, which will be reflected on this Shipping Information page as well as the product pages themselves.

PROCESSING TIMES

Customers come first at Montael ®, which is why customers can expect a prompt processing time. Orders are processed Monday through to Sunday and are shipped within 24 hours of customers placing an order online. Once your order has been processed, packaged and shipped, you will receive communication from our team.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

All Australian customers will receive FREE express shipping on all orders. By partnering with Australia Post, we will choose the right postage provider to get your products to you safely and promptly. You will receive a tracking number once your order is on the way, and these wait times are then in the control of the postage provider although your order should arrive within 7-10 days of leaving our studio and collected by Australia Post. FREE shipping is automatically applied during the checkout process when you enter your Australian postage address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Montael ® uses Australia Post Express shipping for all international orders at a flat reduced rate of $19 AUD with Montael ® absorbing some of this cost directly. This provider has been chosen as it outperforms other providers for shipping timeframe, and should arrive in around 8 business days after leaving our studio. These shipping timeframes can be gauged on the Australia Post website and through the tracking information provided by our Montael ® team, although the exact shipping time (measured by Business Days) is controlled by Australia Post. Please note that Business Days do not include weekends or national public holidays.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges, although this is not likely for most of the countries we service. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Montael ® is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order, although we will do our best to make you aware of these factors.
